Standard credit terms & payment policies

  • Payment window: All invoices are issued on a [Net 15 / Net 30] basis. Full payment must be received within [15 / 30] calendar days from invoice date.
  • Credit limits: Approved credit limits are determined solely by Costa Oro and may be adjusted or revoked at any time based on payment history.
  • Late payments: Past due balances are subject to a late payment fee of [1.5%] per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law) on the outstanding balance.
  • Suspension of service: Accounts with balances past due by more than [15] days will face an automatic credit hold. No further shipments or services will be fulfilled until the account is brought current.
